Transaction Coordinator

Who are we looking for?

The Transaction Coordinator is someone who is willing to go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to our clients. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, organization and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. This person is able to jump from task to task with ease.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing
  • Maintain the office’s systems with a high degree of accuracy and detail
  • Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place
  • Communicates with clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process
  • Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution

  • 1 – 3 years of administrative experience

Buyer's Agent

Who are we looking for?

A Buyer's Agent is someone who is willing to go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to our clients. This position requires a high energy, driven person that is great with people. This person should have the ability to negotiate deals and the persistence to lead generate daily.

 

What will you do?

  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients
  • Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with mortgage lender
  • Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
  • Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Write & submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
  • Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
  • Negotiate all inspection repairs
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails
  • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
  • Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research
  • Educate buyer clients about home buying process
  • Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close
  • Regularly attend team meetings
  • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients

Inside Sales Agent

Who are we looking for?

The Inside Sales Agent draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

What will you do?

  • Manage the sales database through the sales cycle
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agent
  • Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead
    follow-up
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
